I am a native Floridian artist residing in Jacksonville. My work deals with the construction and deconstruction of local Northeast Florida maps. I have always traveled around the Northern part of the state, going back and forth from school and work; these maps are created with my imagination. I use old maps, papers, markers, watercolors, drawing inks, and lots of tapes to construct my work. These little maps are drawings and tiny objects that a person can hold.

I earned her Bachelor's in Arts from the University of Central Florida in Orlando and my Masters in Fine Arts from the University of Florida in Gainesville. I love to work with students of all ages and currently work as a local middle school teacher; I am also an adjunct at the Art of Education University.
